This course offers a comprehensive overview of the Pag-IBIG Fund’s programs and services, facilitated by the Service Quality Assurance Division under the Public and Member Relations Group.
It is designed to enhance learning and understanding among employees of the Service Quality Assurance Division, Member Contact Center staff (both new and tenured), and Outsourced Contact Center personnel. The course aims to ensure consistent and accurate dissemination of information about the Pag-IBIG Fund’s offerings. Through this platform, learners will access modules covering membership, savings programs, short-term and housing loans, and other member services.
Participants will be guided through each program area, supported by presentation materials and knowledge checks to reinforce learning. By the end of the course, learners will be well-equipped to assist members and promote the Fund’s services with confidence and accuracy.
